  Standard Delivery - Shipping fees for orders in the United States are based on
volume of sales. S&H charges range on average between $8.50 and $22.50.
Orders are usually shipped within 10 business days or less.

International Orders: International customers are customers located outside of the United States. The average international shipping and handling cost
is an additional $22.50.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for possible confiscations by
Customs Officials in your country or ours.
 Most shipments are sent within 21 days.

International Orders - Due to the differences in various countries' legal issues,
we do ask that you indicate you are the age of majority in your country
and that you are not breaking any laws accepting adult material
 when placing an order with our company.

Please note:
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to duty and taxes,
depending on your local laws. We have no control over additional charges
and you are solely responsible for these extra expenses.

International orders may also be subject to Customs search and holding, depending
on your local laws.

 This may delay the delivery time of your order, if your local Customs office
holds your package,
BT Productions is not responsible for these delays.

BT Productions is not responsible for any customs related delays,  you should also
understand that occasionally your Customs office may find an item you have
purchased to be illegal for import into your country and may confiscate your order.

 BT Productions is not responsible for these actions and does not offer a refund on
non-delivered packages shipped outside of US.

 If you are ordering from outside of the USA, you acknowledge these restrictions
and understand that you are responsible for all credit card charges regardless of
whether your local laws prohibit, the Customs office confiscates, or damage 
occurs  during the shipping of your order to you.

How to estimate your shipping costs -
Our shipping varies based on the number of products you are ordering and the total

  CREDIT CARD INFORMATION  
   
  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

Backordered items may be charged before they are shipped.
This is due to the fact that we do not always know before the
charges are processed that an item is going to be on backorder
from the manufacturer. BT Productions only maintains a limited stock
on hand of product. This is to maintain the quality and freshness of
the product you are ordering. We may not stock some less frequently
ordered or perishable products for the same reasons.

BT Productions protects your credit card information
and does not provide it to any other organizations.
Furthermore, BT Productions will not share,
sell your name, email, or mailing address.

  
   
   
   
   
  BACKORDERING  
   
 
Sometimes manufacturers and supply houses
will misjudge the demand for certain items
and those items will not be available.
In the event an item on your order
is not immediately available for shipping,
we will try to contact you promptly, by email, and
notify you of the delay as our workload permits
as long as you provide a valid email address

  RETURN POLICIES  
   
 


If you receive a DEFECTIVE product directly from us,
contact  orders@bt-productions.com

send it back within 30 days of purchase via U.S. Priority Mail
and we will replace the defective item.

Please contact us to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Orders returned without an RMA Number will be refused.


NO exchanges on products that are not defective.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the item(s) purchased 
for an item for item exchange, and
only were it is determined by us, upon receipt of the product,
that the product is defective.
BT Productions and it parent Company are NOT responsible
for damages that occur during shipping

All sales are final.

Your order is sent directly to the shipping department for processing.
Be sure that your order is correct before hitting the SUBMIT ORDER button.


ALL CONFIRMED ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.  


BT Productions will only EXCHANGE defective item(s) for
 the same item(s) from our inventory that has
been inspected by us
and found to be free of defects prior to us
reshipping to the customer.

In the event of defective product exchange,
there will be no additional shipping charge to ship
the replacement for the exchanged product back to you

Due to laws and regulations,
we cannot accept returns on underwear, condoms, adult toys,
or any other personal items.
These items may ONLY be returned for exchange, if found defective.

Please note: we do not issue refunds on shipping charges.
Any items returned to us simply because you changed your mind,
 will not be credited to your account,
they will be returned to you at your expense.
In the event of defective product exchange,
there will be no additional shipping charge to send the replacement items you.  

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning
